So happy and amazed to receive my ring! Took about 1.5 months from start to finish and there were some minor hiccups in communication, but Tim was mostly prompt in responding to emails. Frank, the goldsmith, was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose pickup so he could explain the diamonds and even show me the GIA inscriptions. Overall, a great experience with a stunning result!

P.S. my stones are elongated cushion crushed ice and pear brilliant.

Well, I met Frank a first time to buy an engagement ring. After that, I came back for other rings simply because the process, the people involved, the ring itself are PERFECT.
